One third of children in attached housing showed detectable levels of marijuana

Even in the state of New York where recreational marijuana use is currently illegal, urine tests showed that 34.8% of children who lived in attached housing where smoking was allowed within the property had detectable levels of the THC metabolite COOH-THC, and 13.0% of children who lived in housing where smoking was not allowed at all still had a detectable level.
